lowonan kerja PREMIER OIL

Premier Oil plc is a leading independent FTSE 250 international oil and gas exploration and production company, with operations in the North Sea (offices in Aberdeen and Stavanger), Middle East/Pakistan (offices in Islamabad) and Asia (offices in Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City and Jakarta).

The Operations Strategy manager will develop and implement practices and procedures to improve the Production Operations function in Indonesia. This will allow the operations to grow in an efficient and methodical manner while maintaining the current strong base performance.

Improvement is measured across the following areas:
• Excellent Health, Safety, and Environmental performance
• Maximised revenue from production operations
• Active control of costs
• Optimum development and deployment of personnel

You will have a strong Operations/Production background with direct experience of offshore production operations as an OIM/HOFO or Operations Manager. You will possess a track record of achieving change through influencing and leading others, have the confidence to challenge the status quo, and be equally comfortable thinking strategically, or driving practical implementations. You will be granted a wide scope and autonomy on their daily activities but are comfortable following direction on priorities. Culturally you are able to allow others to take credit for successes, and will be open to alternative methods and approaches to ensuring results are ultimately met.

Positive change will need to be achieved against a background of high activity. The Anoa complex will see continuous activity over the next 2-3 years including a major compression upgrade project and drilling programme, whereas Gajah Baru will see hook-up, commissioning and first gas late 2011
